Do you offer partnerships or contracted services?

What is your contact number?

In order to keep both our prices and lead times low, we do not currently have our contact number manned at all times.

If you wish to arrange a call, please e-mail us at info@bacchuscollection.co.uk to set-up a scheduled call.

Order Queries

How will I receive my order?

Upon completion of the initial proof, your order will be e-mailed to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Any further proofs that are sent following amendments will also be sent via e-mail.

When you are satisfied with your product and approve your proof, a full resolution version of your product will be sent to you, also via e-mail.

I cannot find my order in my e-mails?

Your orders may automatically be sent to unfocused or junk/spam folders within your e-mail account.

If your order cannot be located in your main inbox or any of these other inboxes, please contact us at info@bacchuscollection.co.uk and quote your order number within your e-mail.

How long will my order be?

All of our orders are aimed to be completed within the timeframe set out upon purchasing your product.

We constantly update the lead times of our products depending on demand.

In the event of any unexpected or unprecedented delay, we will contact you to as soon as possible to inform you of any delays.

How can I alter my product?

We completely appreciate the need to alter products at very short notice.

How do I cancel my order?

We completely understand the occasional need to cancel orders. It's just part of the business.

If an initial proof has already been sent to you by this point we will be unable to offer you a full refund however we can offer either a partial refund or store credit to the value of your initial purchase.

Can I get a refund for my order?

If you would like a refund for your order, please e-mail us at info@bacchuscollection.co.uk, quoting your order number, and your reason for requesting a refund.

Our refund policy states that once an initial proof has been sent across, we cannot issue a full refund however you may be offered a partial refund or store credit.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • We offer a full refund to any cancellations made prior to the delivery of an initial proof to the e-mail address given at the time of purchase
  • A partial refund or store credit to the value of the initial purchase will be offered to any cancellations made after the delivery of an initial proof to the e-mail address given at the time of purchase
  • Refunds can only be made to the same account used to make the initial purchase
  • Refunds may take up to 20 working days to reach the account used to make the initial purchase
  • BacchusDesigns reserve the right to waive elements of or the entirety of the refund policy at any given time

I have not received my refund, what should I do?

As per the refund policy, refunds can take up to 20 working days to reach the account that was used to make the initial payment.

If 20 working days has elapsed since confirmation of your refund being processed and no refund has been received, please contact us at info@bacchuscollection.co.uk, quoting your order number.
